My Process & Thinking

Before anything gets designed, I make sure we're solving the right problem. That means getting into the business context, talking to users, and pressure-testing assumptions with stakeholders until the real challenge becomes clear. Skipping this is how teams build the wrong thing, beautifully.
Good interfaces start with clear thinking, not visuals. I map out user flows, journeys, and information architecture first making complex systems navigable before a single pixel gets placed. The structure either holds the product together or quietly breaks it. I'd rather know which early.
This is where the thinking becomes something tangible. I design interfaces that balance usability, business goals, and visual craft. Then high-fidelity prototype early enough that we're validating ideas, not just confirming them.
I work directly with engineers during implementation, not just handing off files and hoping for the best. I think in components, states, and constraints, which means fewer surprises in production and less back-and-forth on things that should've been resolved in the design phase.
After launch, I help teams evaluate results, identify friction points, and refine the experience. I treat products as evolving systems, supporting continuous improvement, design system maturity, and long-term product thinking.
I don’t see design as a one-off delivery. I partner with teams to support future iterations, strategic decisions, and new opportunities — ensuring the product continues to evolve alongside users, business needs, and technology.
