My Process & Thinking
Every project starts with understanding the real problem. I work with stakeholders to clarify goals, constraints, and opportunities, while analyzing users, product context, and market signals. This phase ensures we focus on the right challenges before designing solutions.
I translate insights into clear product structures, defining user flows, journeys, and information architecture. The goal here is to make complex systems understandable and scalable, creating a solid foundation before moving into interface design.
I design interfaces and interaction patterns that balance usability, business goals, and brand expression. Through high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, I validate ideas early, refine details, and ensure the solution feels coherent, intuitive, and ready to build.
I work closely with engineers and product teams during implementation, thinking in components and systems rather than static screens. My technical understanding helps ensure designs translate smoothly into production while maintaining quality and consistency.
After launch, I help teams evaluate results, identify friction points, and refine the experience. I treat products as evolving systems, supporting continuous improvement, design system maturity, and long-term product thinking.
